WW2 Civil Defence Anti-Gas Instructional Training Diagram Posters
As part of the anti-gas instructions given to Civil Defence personnel a selection of posters were produced by the Home Office's Air Raid Precautions Department. Many of these tubes are dated 1939 so were produced prior to the outbreak of the war.
These instructional diagrams were used as part of the anti-gas training courses for instructors and also for instructing general members of the Civil Defence Services. The ten posters came in a strong carboard tube with an integral wooden hanger for displaying the posters. |
