I've previously called out the number of suspect Quick Action Visors hitting both eBay and auction houses. Prices for these has sky-rocketed in the past few years. Another example is currently on an auction site with an estimate of £100-£200 but they are going much higher. I posted this example on a Facebook thread and the consensus is that it almost certainly a reproduction that is being sold as original (a fake). I'm no expert on dating rust but I'm informed the "orange" rust shown is relatively new to the item. Shyters have been known to try and age other items, for example, first world war tank masks, in a similar way.
It's caveat emptor here.
